PULT Microsoft Azure Integration

This article shows admins how to set up the Microsoft integration in PULT. It connects PULT with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Outlook, synchronises users and shows PULT bookings in Outlook.

Prerequisite: a Microsoft account with administrator rights (in your Azure AD).

1. Integrations

In the PULT dashboard, go to Settings → General → Integrations.

2. Link with Microsoft

On the Microsoft card, click + Add. In step 1 Link accounts, click Link with Microsoft and sign in with your admin account. This links your Microsoft organisation with your PULT account.

3. Setup synchronization

In step 2 Setup synchronization, you will find the following options:

AD-Users synchronization: synchronises users from your entire Active Directory with your PULT organisation.
Selective AD Groups Synchronization: if you only want to synchronise specific groups, turn on this option and click Add an AD Group. Important: both toggles must be enabled, even if you only want to synchronise selected groups.
Synchronize Polls As All-Day Events: shows PULT bookings as all-day events in your Outlook calendar.
Delete Stale Users: automatically archives PULT users who no longer have a Microsoft account.
Ignore User License Checks: by default, PULT filters out users without licences for Teams or the Outlook calendar. This option bypasses these checks.

When you are happy with your settings, click Update settings and then Trigger one-time-sync.
