Your first steps with the Pult app as an employee and how to manage your hybrid work easily.
Welcome to PULT 🎉
We are very excited to have you on board as a user.
This introduction guide is designed to help you get started with our product quickly and easily. It will guide you through the main features of PULT and show you how to get the most out of our platform. By the end of this guide, you will have a solid understanding of how to use PULT to manage your hybrid workday.
To help you get started, here is a brief product introduction from our founder:
Step 1: Choose your work location
Choose between "Home Office", "Office" or other options ("Other") your suitable work location.
You can always book into the future and/or make more precise bookings through half-day bookings.
Step 2: (in the office) Choose your workplace
Choose a free workplace. To find the ideal place, you can filter the equipment with our Tags. Simply click on Filter to expand the Filter by Tags view:
You can also see which desks are already booked and by whom:
Step 3: See where your colleagues work (profiles)
On the right side you can see who will be working where. Here you can filter by teams, location and favorites.
Step 4: Personal settings
You can access your personal settings by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner:
In your personal settings you can set your preferences for privacy, language and export your own Pult bookings as an xlsx file.
The "Default Workplace Selection" (if enabled by your company admin) is meant to facilitate repetitive bookings such as: "Every Monday I work from home".
