Pult allows you to create customized visitor management flows, including asking specific questions to gather information upon their arrival. You can also have your visitors sign documents (like an NDA for example) directly on your kiosk device.
This article guides you through creating and managing questions within your Pult flows.

Sign in to the Pult dashboard and navigate to Flows in the Visitors section. Click on Create new flow:

Add questions to your flow:

Configuring Question Properties:

Question Text: Enter the clear and concise question you want to ask the visitor.

Answer Type: Choose the appropriate answer type from the dropdown menu. Available options include:

Short answer: Free text answer field with a 100 character limit

Long answer: Free text answer field with a 500 character limit

Multiple choice: You can add various responses for your visitors to chose from

Checkbox: You can add various responses that can be ticked off by your visitors.

Additional Options:

Required: Toggle to make the questions mandatory for the visitor before proceeding

Conditional Logic: Define conditions based on previous answers that influence how the flow progresses or which questions appear later.
You can add more questions by clicking on the +Add new button. Klick Save in the top right hand corner when you are done.
