Enable user incognito mode
Last updated: October 20, 2026
With incognito mode, users can hide their booked locations from other users in PULT – while still booking desks and resources as usual. This article shows admins how to allow incognito mode for the company.
Prerequisite: admin access to the PULT dashboard.

1. Privacy
In the PULT dashboard, go to Settings → General → Privacy.
2. Enable user incognito mode
Turn on this toggle. Users can then switch on incognito mode in their own account – see How to set up the Incognito mode.
Frequently asked questions
Can admins still see incognito users?
According to the description of Extended admin visibility on the same page, users in incognito mode stay hidden there as well.
Can I hide past bookings of colleagues?
Yes, with Hide past coworker bookings on the same page. Non-admins then can't see colleagues' bookings and attendance from past days.
