This article will show you how to create employee tags to locate certain employees (first aiders for example) in no time.
Do you ever need to find a specific employee quickly, like a first aider in an emergency? Employee tags can help! With tags, you can categorize your employees based on their skills, certifications, or any other relevant criteria. This makes it easy to find the right person for the job, no matter the situation.
You can create and set Employee Tags from the People tab in the dashboard.
Simply click on the dropdown under labels and select up to two labels that are applicable for the employee:
You can easily create custom tags by clicking on Add new label. Enter the desired name, pick a color and click on Add tag. The newly created tag will now be available for selection in the dropdown menu.
You can designate one tag as a priority tag at a time. Employees with this tag will be prominently displayed on the floorplan.
That's it! You just created your first tags and tagged the applicable employees. To show the tags in the Web App, simply click on the Show Tags icon in the employee overview:
