Set up your Team Leads and understand their role.
Your Team Leads can have their defined role in PULT, allowing them to review insights, book on behalf of Team Members and even approve Home Office Requests from their Team.
Follow these instructions to give members a Team Lead Role in PULT:
- Log into dash.pult.com
- Go to "Groups" and open the dropdown of the desired team:
- Click on "Manage" next to "Team Leads" and add the required person/people:
- Enable "Home Booking Requests" (optional)
To log in as a Team Member and book on their behalf, please follow Logging in as an Employee in the PULT App.
