This guide outlines the steps to uninstall the Meeting Room Integration within the Pult web application.
Uninstalling the Pult Meeting Room Integration
Important note: An IT Administrator with the required permissions (access to Azure AD) must perform the following steps.

Open the following link: Manage Azure AD in Azure Portal

Navigate to Roles and administrators (Under Manage). Then find the Exchange administrator role and click on it.

Click on Active assignments if not selected automatically. Find Pult in the listing (Principal name starting with
26deb6a2
) and click Remove. -
Follow up by confirming the removal. The syncing of meeting rooms is disabled and no longer active if Pult is no longer present in the list.
