This article explains how Team Leads can help their team by booking desks, reviewing their Settings and analysing their attendance.
If your Team Leads would like to help their Team by booking them a desk, reviewing if their attendance is correct or even reviewing their settings, they only need to log into https://dash.pult.com . Once they are logged in they can do the following:
- Review their Teams attendance for the current day, export their Teams Bookings, either for a time range or for a specific day.
- Log in as the user, in order to book or cancel a desk. Please follow this article for that.
- Team Leads can also review the default bookings from their users, in case there are any issues with the selection
- They can go into our Office Insights and further analyse how their Team is booking their desks and how often they come to the office.
