How do I mask sick and vacation days?

Masking sick and vacation days protects your employees' privacy: instead of the reason, PULT simply shows them as absent. Whether you use it depends on your company culture. This article shows admins how to turn it on.
1. Privacy
In the PULT dashboard, go to Settings → General → Privacy.
2. Enable masking sick days
If enabled, sick days are shown as absent.
3. Enable masking vacation days
If enabled, vacation days are shown as absent.
Frequently asked questions
Can colleagues still see that someone is away?
Yes, the person is shown as absent – only the reason is hidden.
Which other privacy settings are there?
On the same page you can, for example, enable user incognito mode, hide past coworker bookings and enable extended admin visibility.
