AI Assistant for Admins - Beta

On the Dashboard, you’ll find our AI Assistant, designed to help you quickly gain insights from your workplace data.

The AI Assistant can answer questions such as:

  • Today’s bookings of employees

  • How many guests did not check out

  • The ratio between booked desks and actual check-ins

  • The percentage of office capacity used over the past month, broken down by office

Simply type your question in natural language, and the AI Assistant will analyze the available data and provide you with clear, actionable insights—without the need for manual reports or exports.

Scope of Functionality

The tool accesses data from the system only – meaning information that is available within Pult.
It is read-only and cannot perform any actions. Uploads are currently not supported.

This means:

  • Users cannot issue commands such as creating, modifying, or deleting users.

  • Only existing data can be queried and displayed.

Data & Tables

The following types of data can be provided:

  • Booking data

  • Presence data

  • Visitor data

The data is displayed in a clear table format.
These tables can be downloaded and reused.

Shortcuts

Shortcuts provide quick access to frequently used queries or functions and help streamline recurring tasks.

Recent Chats

The “Recent Chats” section is personal:

  • Only you can see your own previous chats.

  • Other team members do not have access to these conversations.

AI Assistant for Meeting Rooms

For admins, the AI Assistant supports questions related to meeting rooms and room bookings. It can provide information on which rooms are available or already booked and helps give a clearer overview of existing reservations and room capacities.

This enables admins to make quick, well-informed decisions when planning meetings and using rooms more efficiently—without manually reviewing all bookings.

No Help Center Integration

The tool is not connected to the Help Center.
Therefore, it cannot explain how features work or guide users through processes. If you have any questions, please contact Support or click on the Help Center in the dashboard.

This makes it easy to understand usage patterns, optimize space utilization, and make data-driven decisions directly from the Dashboard.

In the AI Assistant, you can rate responses with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Messages can also be copied directly, making it easy to reuse or share information.

Security & Data Privacy – AI Assistant

Protecting your data is our top priority.

  • All data is processed and stored exclusively within the EU, specifically in Sweden or France. Data never leaves the EU.

  • We use Microsoft Azure Cloud, providing the highest available security standards.

  • Neither PULT nor Microsoft use any data or requests to train AI models.

  • There is no background data processing: data is only processed when users actively submit a request to the AI Assistant.

  • If the AI Assistant is not used, no data is shared or processed at all.

  • No third party has access to any data within PULT.
