Office Insights

Office Insights show admins how offices are used – check-ins, capacity utilisation, busiest days and a heatmap of how often each desk was booked.

1. Office Insights

In the PULT dashboard, go to Workplace → Office Insights.

2. Office filter

Select one or more offices (or floors). The heatmap is only shown when exactly one office is selected.

3. Time period

Choose Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or a Custom period. All charts and the heatmap update accordingly.

4. Overview

Key figures for the selected offices: average check-ins per day, average capacity utilised per day (with the change compared to the previous period), total capacity, most and least visited day. Below, further charts show check-ins per office, per weekday and per day.

5. Office Usage Heatmap

Shows the floor plan of the selected office. Each desk is coloured according to how often it was booked in the selected period.

6. Legend

From Least Booked (light) to Most Booked (dark).

7. Desk details

Hover over or click a desk to see the period, the usage in percent and the number of booked days. Only working days are counted.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see a heatmap?

Select exactly one office in the office filter. With several offices selected, the heatmap isn't shown.

Can I still see the old Office Insights?

Yes, click View Original Insights at the top right (see Office Insights V1.0).

Can I get these figures regularly by email?

Yes – with Scheduled Reports (see How to use "Scheduled Reports").
