Recurring Visitor Invitations (Longterm Invite)
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Overview
PULT now supports recurring visitor invitations. Instead of creating a separate booking for each day, you can invite a visitor once and schedule them automatically over a longer period.
For example, daily for 1–3 months. This is ideal for regular external visitors like cleaning staff, contractors, or consultants.
Recurring visitors do not need a PULT user account. They check in at the kiosk or via QR code as usual.
How It Works
1. Inviting a Recurring Visitor
In the app go to Guest Booking and click + Invite Visitor

Fill in the visitor information and tick the box "Recurring invitation"

A days-of-week picker and a date range selector will appear.
Choose which days the visitor should come (e.g. Mon–Fri) and the start and end date.
A live count shows how many bookings will be created (e.g. "You're creating 60 bookings in total").

Click Confirm Invitation.
Each selected day creates a separate booking entry in the visitor dashboard.
2. What the Visitor Experiences
The visitor receives one invite email summarizing the full schedule (e.g. "You're invited every weekday from 1 June – 31 Aug 2026") - not one email per day.
The visitor has to go through the entire check-in flow once and sign the required documents. Whether the visitor needs to sign documents on every visit depends on the Flow settings.
Editing or Canceling a Recurring Invitation
When you edit or cancel a booking that is part of a series, PULT asks: "Cancel this visit or whole series?"
If you cancel the series, all future bookings from that point are removed. A count is shown (e.g. "This will cancel 12 future bookings").
Canceling a single occurrence does not affect the rest of the series.
FAQ
Q: Do recurring visitors need a PULT account?
A: No. Recurring visitors are external guests - they do not need to be added as PULT users.
Q: Can I change the days or date range after creating the invitation?
A: You can cancel the series and create a new one with updated settings. Individual occurrences can also be canceled separately.
Q: What happens if I update the visitor flow?
A: Stored answers are invalidated. The visitor will need to complete the full flow again on their next visit.
Q: Does the visitor get an email for every single day?
A: No. They receive one email summarizing the entire recurring schedule.
Q: Can I use this for cleaning staff who come every day?
A: Yes - this is one of the main use cases. Select all weekdays and set a date range of 1–3 months.
