Last updated: October 21, 2026

This article shows how to invite visitors in PULT – a single visitor, a whole group or a recurring visitor.

Open the invitation

In the PULT web app, go to Visitors and click + Invite Visitor (see How to use: Guest booking in Visitor Management). Admins can also start from the dashboard:

1. Visitors

In the PULT dashboard, go to Visitors. Here you see all visits for the selected period.

2. Invite Visitor

Click Invite Visitor. The invitation form opens in the web app.

Visitor details

3. Past visitors

Search for a previous visitor – their details are filled in automatically.

4. Name

Enter the visitor's first and last name. As soon as you start typing, the field splits into first name and last name. The name is always required.

5. Email

With an email address, the visitor can be notified by email (see 17) and you can book a desk for them (see 14). Your admin can make this field required.

6. Company name

Enter the visitor's company. Your admin can make this field required.

7. Visitor type

Determines which check-in flow the visitor goes through at the kiosk (see How to add/create different Visitor types). Your admin can make this field required.

8. Email language

Choose the language of the email to the visitor. With Automatic email language, the language of the kiosk or your organization is used.
