Edit Floorplan before publishing
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This article shows admins how to prepare and polish a floor plan before employees can see and book it.
📌 Note: Archiving an office will delete all related bookings. If the office is already in use, export the booking data first to avoid data loss (see Export your PULT bookings).
Edit an archived floor plan
In the PULT dashboard, go to Workplace → Offices.

1. Archive the office
Click Archive next to the office. Alternatively, create a new office via Add Office (see How to Create a New Office in PULT) and archive it straight away.
2. Edit
In the list of archived offices, click Edit next to the office.

3. Edit floor plan
Click Edit floor plan to open the floor plan editor.

4. Save
Make all the changes you need (see Create a floorplan) and click Save at the bottom of the page.
5. Restore
Once everything is ready, click Restore next to the archived office. The floor plan is then available to all users.
