QR code check-in

With the QR codes on the desks, you can check in with your smartphone camera – or book a free desk and check in in one step.
📌 Your admin has to create the QR codes and link them to the desks first (see Check In with PULT Desk QR Codes).
Check in with the QR code
1. Open the camera
Open the camera on your smartphone. You don't need a separate app.
2. Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code on the desk.
3. Open the link
Tap the link that appears. PULT opens and checks you in at this desk. If you aren't signed in yet, sign in first.
Good to know
Booked desk: if you have booked the desk, scanning checks you in.
Free desk: if the desk is still free, you can book it and check in in one step.
Taken desk: if someone else has booked the desk, you'll see a notice.
Frequently asked questions
Why should I check in at all?
If your organization uses booking confirmations, unconfirmed bookings can be released (see Booking Confirmations).
The QR code doesn't work. What can I do?
Ask your admin to check whether the QR code is linked to this desk (see Check In with PULT Desk QR Codes).
