  1. Name & Location: Give your kiosk a name and assign it to a location.

  2. Visitor Flow: Select which flow should be used for new guests during check-in when no visitor type has been assigned to them. Note: Flows must already be set up in advance.

  3. Visitor Flow for Ad-hoc Guests: Select which flow should be used for new ad-hoc guests during check-in when no visitor type has been assigned to them. Note: Flows must already be set up in advance.

  • IMPORTANT: The kiosk needs to be assigned at least to one office to work correctly.

  1. Visitor Types: Define which visitor types are displayed on the device. Leave the field empty to be able to check in all available visitor types.

  2. Allow Non-Guest Check-in: (Requires desk booking to be integrated.)

When enabled, regular PULT users can log in with the email address at the kiosk and confirm their bookings. The user can only confirm a already placed booking. It is not possible to directly book through the kiosk.

  3. QR Code Check-in: When enabled, guests can check in and check out via a QR code using their own device.

Note: Badge printing is currently not supported through the QR code check-in.

  4. Unlock Device Settings: When enabled, device settings like the badge size etc. can be configured directly on the kiosk.

  5. Search privacy mode: By default, when a visitor types their name during check-in or check-out, a list of matching names appears.

This can be a privacy concern — especially for HR or C-level visitors.

    You have two options:

    • Enable Search Privacy Mode - No visitor names or email addresses are shown at all. Visitors must enter their full name or email address manually to check in.

    • Disable Search Privacy Mode - Visitor names appear after entering the first 3 letters of the visitor's name or email address. Note that all visitors sharing the same first 3 letters will be displayed, and email addresses will not be shown in full.
