Integrations in PULT – Overview

This article provides an overview of all available integrations in PULT:
what they can do, which permissions are required, and which data is automatically synchronized.

☁ Google Workspace Integration

What can the integration do?

  • Synchronize Google Calendars

  • Connect and use meeting rooms

  • Sign in to PULT using Sign in with Google

Is data created automatically?

  • ✅ Google meeting rooms are created in PULT (if set up as resources in Google)

  • ❌ Users are not actively synced from Google
    → However, user accounts are created automatically when users sign in to PULT via Google Workspace

What is required?

  • Google Workspace

  • Google Security Admin role

  • Domain-wide delegation for the PULT app

🪟 Microsoft Integration (Azure AD & Outlook)

⚠ Available only if Microsoft is cloud-based or hybrid.

What can the integration do?

  • Automatic synchronization of employees (optionally limited to selected AD groups)

  • Synchronization of groups

  • Connection of meeting rooms (room booking)

  • Display of PULT bookings (office, home office, etc.) in Outlook calendars

Is data created automatically?

  • ✅ Users from Azure AD

  • ✅ Groups (all or selected)

  • ✅ Rooms (Exchange / Outlook)

What is required?

  • Microsoft Admin account

  • Access to Azure Entra ID

  • For rooms: Exchange Admin role

💬 Microsoft Teams Integration

What can the integration do?

  • Use PULT directly as an app in Microsoft Teams

  • Create bookings directly from Teams

  • Receive chat notifications and reminders

Is data created automatically?

  • ❌ No user or group creation

  • Microsoft Teams uses existing PULT data

What is required?

  • Active Microsoft integration

  • Access to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center

💬 Slack Integration

What can the integration do?

  • Sign in with Slack (Slack SSO)

  • Automatic Slack status synchronization (optional)

Is data created automatically?

  • ❌ No automatic group creation

  • ✅ Users within the Slack workspace are created automatically in PULT

  • Slack is used for authentication and status display

What is required?

  • Slack workspace

  • Slack admin rights to add apps

  • One-time admin authorization in PULT

👥 HR Systems in PULT

PULT can synchronize employee data and absences from HR systems.

Supported systems

  • Personio (direct or via Kombo)

  • HiBob (via Kombo)

  • BambooHR (via Kombo)

  • Factorial (via Kombo)

  • Humaans (via Kombo)

  • CharlieHR (via Kombo)

  • HR works (via Kombo)

  • Kallidus (via Kombo)

  • Other HR systems via Kombo (available upon request)

What can the integration do?

Synchronize:

  • Employees

  • Teams & positions

  • Absences (vacation, sick leave, home office)

Is data created/adapted automatically?

  • ✅ Users /only archive users, no creation)

  • ✅ Teams / groups

Two integration options

Simple Personio integration

  • Vacation

  • Sick leave

  • Home office

Via Kombo

  • Extended absence types (e.g. parental leave, business travel)

  • Custom mappings and naming conventions

Requirements

  • Access to PULT

  • Personio admin rights

  • API credentials (Client ID & Client Secret)

What can Kombo do?

  • Connect a wide range of HR systems

  • Support advanced absence types

  • Flexible field and data mapping

Is data created/adapted automatically?

  • ✅ Users /only archive users, no creation)

  • ✅ Teams / departments

Important

  • Service user and permission groups are required in the HR system

  • Admin rights are necessary

🔐 Okta SSO Integration

What can Okta SSO do?

  • Log in to PULT using Okta

  • Centralized authentication

  • No separate PULT password required

Is data created automatically?

  • ❌ No user or group synchronization
    (existing users in PULT are required)

What is required?

  • Okta admin access

  • Active Okta Sync integration in PULT

🔒 Who can set up integrations?

Only PULT admins can configure integrations.
