This guide provides a structured overview of all main sections and features available in the Pult Admin Dashboard.

The AI Assistant helps admins use workplace data quickly and efficiently.
It answers questions about presence, meeting rooms, and bookings, supports planning, and enables AI-powered exports (e.g. visitor data) โ without any manual reporting.

Quick overview of todayโs and this weekโs visitors, including quick actions for check-ins.
Meeting rooms & catering
View pending room suggestions and meetings with catering needs, including direct management shortcuts.
Weekly booking chart
Overview of past and upcoming bookings, current check-ins, and available office capacity.
Active announcements
Display of current and scheduled announcements with direct access to management.

8. ๐ช Desks / Location IPs / Parking Lots
Create parking lots and enable availability notifications
Define areas (e.g. HR zone or fire extinguisher, marked with emojis)
Temporarily restrict desks (e.g. due to defects)
Disable desks (recommended via temporary restrictions)
Label desks (e.g. โDog-friendlyโ, โDocking stationโ)
Name and number desks for better orientation
Reserve desks (e.g. for CEO or fixed workplaces)
Create workplace policies to control who can book where and when
โ Archiving a floor plan deletes all related bookings โ export data beforehand.

Bookable extras (e.g. lunch, yoga, dog spots)
Configurable per day with min/max limits

Important: Integrations should be set up first โ they are the foundation for room sync, resources, and more.

Enable/disable default workplaces or allow location-only selection
14. People
User overview (including archived users)
Admins & Team Leads can log in as users (Team Leads only within their group)
Create external users (highlighted in yellow โ users without Google, HR, or Microsoft integration)

Each user can belong to only one group
Enable group isolation (users only see their own group)
Enable booking priorities and home office requests per group
