Pult Admin Dashboard – Overview & Guide

This guide provides a structured overview of all main sections and features available in the Pult Admin Dashboard.

1. 🏠 Home

  • Overview of users (including archived).

  • CSV export available (e.g. for evaluations such as in-office/home office presence, today's office usage, today's usage details).
  • Use Excel to create custom analyses based on the CSV file.

💡Archiving retains data; deleting results in data loss.

  • Rules for how far in advance users can book parking spots.


5. 🪑 Desks

  • Create and edit floor plans.

  • Create parking spaces.
  • Personalize your Floorplan:

  • Define areas: e.g., HR department or visibly mark fire extinguishers.

  • Desk restrictions for specific time periods possible.

  • Deactivate desks: e.g., for repairs; better to use time-limited desk restrictions.

  • Label desks: Tags like "Dog-friendly," "Docking Station" for easier filtering.

  • Name or number desks: for orientation.
  • Assign Desks:

  • Reserve desks: for specific users (e.g., CEO)

  • Workplace policies: define who can book which desks when (groups, days, permanent CEO desk).

⚠️ Warning: Archiving a floor plan deletes all bookings! Export data before archiving.


6. 🏢 Rooms

  • Only usable with active Google/Microsoft integration.

  • Two-way synchronization (Pult ↔ calendar).

  • Amenities: Define room features (e.g. screens, whiteboards) to improve room search and filtering.
  • Resources: Add food & drinks that can be ordered with room bookings.

    Under Resources → Settings (gear icon), you can define who receives:

    • Event notifications

    • Day plan emails

  • Orders: Overview of all catering and resource orders.

7. 🧩 Resources

  • Bookable extras: lunch, yoga, dog spots, etc.

  • Configurable by day, min/max amounts.

  • Notes can be enabled (e.g., special requests).

  • CSV export available.


8. 🎫 Visitors

  • Check-ins: for visitors or employees.

  • Flows: visitor processes and approvals.

  • Kiosks: iPad check-in solutions for guest reception.


9. 📊 Insights

  • Office Insights: office occupancy charts and data.

  • Settings: enable team leads to regularly receive email reports for their groups.

11. ⚙️ Settings

  • Company:

    • Set company name, logo, app primary color (global).

    • Enter company contact person for support.

    • Time zone: users can change individually.

    • Import holidays via CSV.

  • Configurations:

    • Enable booking types (vacation, sick leave, remote, etc.).

    • Mask vacation/sick days internally (visible in reports).

    • Optionally allow weekend bookings.

    • Incognito mode: hides attendance from users, admins, and team leads (only visible in reports).

    • Enable/disable standard desks or allow only location selection (no fixed desks).

    • Enable guest bookings (e.g., via iPad).

    • Enable catering bookings if predefined resources exist.

    • Restrict bookable days (e.g., max 10 days in advance).

    • Booking confirmation reminder: booking released automatically if not confirmed.

    • Message of the day: display on home page or Slack.

    • Red button: users without a fixed desk are set to home office.

  • Notifications:

    • Sent only on working days (or weekends if enabled).

    • Visible on home page with scheduled announcements.

    • Surveys (Slack only).

    • Check-in reminders for users without bookings.

    • Parking notifications: notify users when parking spots free up.

  • Rooms Settings:

    • Requires configured Google or Microsoft calendar integration.

    • Configure Pult meeting room settings, e.g., use local building metadata.


12. 🔌 Integrations

  • Initial setup for new customers: Personio, Google, Microsoft, etc.

💡 IMPORTANT: Set up integrations first! Foundation for room sync, visitor booking, and more.


13. 🌐 Web App

  • Switches to the employee view (User View).

  • Here, users can book desks, rooms, resources, etc.

  • Useful for testing the user perspective or booking a workspace yourself as an admin.

  • Direct access to the Pult Help Center.

  • Includes articles, guides, and FAQs on how to use the platform.
